Question? Can a emergency brake cable get disconnected on it own , or would it have to be done physically by one's own person, because mine is disconnected n had brakes all around done bout 5 months ago, n please no rude comments , & where is inexpensive place to get it reconnected n approximately how much

ISO: a decent mechanic that will not take advantage of my general lack of knowledge in fixing stuff.. I'm having issues with my front right brakes.. I don't have a lot of money and need a safe car for my family.
