high-quality service. Besides being a provincial designated inspection facility , Clair Downey Service specializes in warranty-approved vehicle maintenance and comprehensive repairs at competitive prices.
Our shop consists of five service bays with a variety of hoists, including a large truck and motorhome bay for lifting oversized vehicles. Our bays are well-equipped and continuously upgraded with everything required to professionally handle all your automotive repair and maintenance needs. We also have ample parking space, with a large secure storage compound.

I've had numerous vehicles -- beaters and beauties over the 38 years I've lived in North Saanich. I just wouldn't go anywhere else to have them serviced and repaired. The service is excellent, the staff are invariably friendly, and the knowledge and workmanship of the mechanics is beyond reproach. More than once Clair Downey has gone out of its way to help in an emergency. Never once have I been disappointed. And they're honest!

I've taken my vehicle here for five years. I used to take my car to the dealership for servicing and often told parts needed replacing. When I was told the steering wheel bushings and links needed replacing I went for a second opinion. I found out nothing was wrong. Ever since, I take the car here. I trust their integrity, found an honest place.

Moving to Sidney in 1980 we discovered the Clair Downey Service station. Their knowledgeable, very competent and friendly staff have always taken good care of us. Now we've moved into Victoria, but we still go out to them for all our automotive needs. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I have useing Clair Downeys Service for over 20 plus, they are polite, caring,have never over charged always try to be one step adead on the maintaince part and for that I would always recommend them to any one wanting the same service for there vehciles.
