Edward A Clarke: Numerous g*ape and s.a. of children, attempted grape of disabled, intense targeting of disabled, harassment w/family, criminally together. Expunged records of child molestation finally released. Paid off victims attempts to speak out, in the multi-millions. Recent police visits to him due to Ed Clarkes, death threats to silence victims. Forced to stay in retirement but still offending and a danger to public and children. Ed Clarke is no longer allowed to see his grandchildren due to abuse risk. Community beware. He like 4-5 yr old children sexually, brazen groomer and grapist. Former CLBC, disability psychologist and former pedo therapist!
