The Good For You Gourmet is an organic, whole foods, personal chef and catering company. We prepare intensely delicious densely nutritious meals and menus for our clients, based on seasonal, local whole food ingredients. Our chef Laura?s primary focus is on whole foods, including Ayurvedic, Okinawa & Mediterranean fare. She is highly skilled with omnivore, paleo, vegan, vegetarian and multiple allergy diets, including gluten-free or celiacs.
