The Greater Victoria Bike to Work Week is a free community event that celebrates people commuting by bike and encourages new people to try it out in fun atmosphere. Starting with team building in the workplace and encouraging visits to celebration stations throughout the region, the Bike to Work events help build a supportive community for people using bicycles as transportation.

Now in its 26th year, the Greater Victoria Bike to Work Week continues to raise the profile of cycling in Greater Victoria and demonstrate that it is an enjoyable and feasible solution for commuter transportation.

The Greater Victoria Bike to Work Society also offers Bike Skills courses to improve the knowledge, skills and confidence of cyclists to promote and support safe participation in commuter cycling.
