Does anyone know if we have a magician in town ?

Emergency anyone know where or who can fill 10-15 helium balloons. Need it for a special Cops For Cancer Tour de Rock special ceremony tomorrow night. TIA And the dollar store can't do latex balloons. Walmart doesn't have the disposable tank either
