Company Description

Mosaic Vision Care is Courtenay's only locally-owned full-scope optometric
practice, with an in-house boutique optical and lab, diagnostic equipment
for the management of spectacle and contact lens prescriptions, and
specialized instruments including a wide-angle Optos retinal camera, a
non-contact tonometer (for intra-ocular pressure), and a visual field
tester for the screening of glaucoma and other ocular health problems. In
2012, we started working with Courtenay 1-Hour Optical, and merged its
inventory and specialty equipment into the second Mosaic location at Crown
Isle Plaza. Optometrist Dr. Kennedy has been practicing for over twenty
years, and he works alongside his wife Dr. Beverly Skwernuik, and fellow
optometrists Drs. Laura Thomasen and Mary Lynn DesRoches. Come see our
beautiful selection of sunglasses (Maui Jim, Ray Ban and Adidas) as well as
our frames and lenses for everyday use. Our eyeglass frame selection is
constantly being refreshed, with new models and changes occurring
regularly. Some of our more well-know lines are Silhouette, Fysh, Kliik,
Flexon, Michael Kors, Guess, Gucci, Valentino, Adidas, and Calvin Klein. We
also carry some lesser-known brands such as Humphrey, Chloe, OGA, Joop!,
and Glacee.
