Bakery recommendations? Hi all! Hopefully this is right place to ask this question. Looking for some 'artisan' (not a huge fan of the word myself, but seems the most common phrase these days) bakery recommendations from across BC. I'm a baker in Scotland myself and am planning a few weeks holiday later this year. I would like to spend some time working/volunteering my time in a couple of bakeries. Also, my folks are out in BC in the spring and would like to be able to point them in the direction of some nice baked goods. Would appreciate and recommendations you folks have!
