I hold a Master of Counselling degree and I am a professional member of the CCPA. I provide a non-judgmental, affirming, supportive, safe environment for clients to tell their story. IFS coupled with a person centered approach and narrative practices empowers people to take charge of their own lives. I respect client values, beliefs, preferences, culture, and needs. I provide emotional support in a non-blaming, non-pathologizing environment.
