We are now servicing customers in branch Monday to Saturday 9:00AM to 4:00PM as well as offering our full range of services by phone, including ICBC renewals, and remain committed to helping you with all of your insurance needs.

The Victoria office opened in 1973 with a staff of two in a heritage house on Government Street in Downtown Victoria.  The heritage house was originally built in the late 1800's and remains in the same location to this day.  The office has grown over the years to 40+ people and a bigger retail location.  Our original office opening coincided with the launch of ICBC in the Province of British Columbia and the introduction of government auto insurance.  Our agency was a pioneer in providing mobile insurance onsite at the local car dealerships and quickly grew into one of the largest Auto-plan agencies in the province.  Still today the agency has a large team of mobile auto agents providing service to car dealers, businesses and home delivery.  The office relocated to its current location of 2640 Douglas Street in March 2012. 

Our office is a full service brokerage offering products in multiple lines of business including Auto, Personal Insurance, Marine, Travel Medical, and Commercial Insurance to our large clientele.  The office caters to all aspects of insurance including Risk Management and Loss Prevention to our valued clients. 

HUB has recently introduced a revolutionary Personal Lines product second to none in our industry.  We offer specialized products including Personal Umbrella and Earthquake Deductible buy down products where we can provide our clients peace of mind with affordable options should the "Big One" hit our Beautiful Province.  Our full range of products extends to your toys including motorcycle, ATV and Snowmobiles, RV's and Boats.  Our Commercial department provides many options from the small business package policy to the largest complicated commercial risk and everything in between.  HUB's multiple locations in Western Canada allows us to develop and build specialized experts in every type of insurance risk in the market.  We can also provide products including Life Insurance, Employee Benefits, and Financial Services for every person and professional needs.  Our Downtown Victoria retail office can truly provide clients the "One Stop Shop" experience for all your Insurance needs.
