Loomis Express Courtenay (Canpar / DHL Agent). Shipping Services. Address: 3077 Kilpatrick Ave Courtenay, BC. The first two packages supposed to be delivered were not, with some lame excuse that they couldn't access the site just because I have a long driveway. I went to their office twice to pick up my package and told them all the other courier companies deliver. I call the supervisor and requested some feedback on why the driver did not deliver, she did not get back to me. Today they did not deliver with a different excuse meanwhile I had 3 other deliveries with other companies.
