With those concise focal points Advanced Appliances started making a name for itself and it wasn't long until word of mouth referrals starting coming through. Over the course of twenty years Advanced Appliances has not only continued to thrive, but prosper and make a name for their business in Victoria complete with being awarded the Best Customer Service in Business Awards in both 2015 and 2016. Currently Advanced Appliances is proud to have a staff Red Seal licensed technicians waiting on standby to help customers today.

Contracted for a fridge repair for the $95 call out fee. The tech diagnosed the problem, and once that part was replaced, the problem persisted. "Diagnosed" another issue, work was completed for $229, but the problem persisted. Tech "diagnosed" another issue, and you guessed it, $105 fan motor replacement...problem persisted. After over $600 in parts and labor, we are buying a new fridge since no more parts are available. Company agreed to refund the $229+$105, but went back on that agreement. It seems the business practice is to guess the issue and replace parts until they get lucky. This company can't be legit.
