WHO WE ARE
Island Optimal Health & Performance is a multidisciplinary health clinic that was founded by Chiropractic Doctors Dr. Abe Avender and Dr. Kristen Butler on October 1st, 2007.
We work with people of all ages and performance abilities.
Our goal is to provide excellent care so our clients and patients can enjoy a healthy and active life.
Our services include Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Kinesiology, ICBC rehabilitation (after May 21, 2021), and more!
