We are dedicated to providing customized telecommunications and data cabling for any size business, servicing communities all over Vancouver Island. ITS provides full technical and sales support during and after the warranty period with parts and spare equipment warehoused in Nanaimo. Our manufacture-trained technicians who install your system also maintain it, which means they are familiar with your site, equipment and system programming. Extended warranties and maintenance contracts are options available with ITS Telecom. Training is also available for existing or new employees that require basic to advanced information on the telephone or voicemail systems.
