My cousin had been seeing her for years. It was a highly negative experience with a person who has a complex trauma history. Counsellors should leave you empowered not more unwell and unsupported. Make sure you take time to find a good counsellor who will ensure you and your mental health are priority. I would not recommend this counsellor.
