Who do I talk to over weekend about landlord issues ? My toilet is clogged and can't flush. I am a single mom ( recently diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer going through chemo ) with 3 kids. My landlord is telling me unless I pay 4 the plummer it won't get fixed . We can Not live till Tuesday with out a working toilet to talk to tenancy. Any one have advice ? Cause I don't have an extra $250 to fix my toilet
