Rentals in New Westminster Hi all. I'm looking for a 1 bedroom rental for under 1400/mo to move in Dec 1, or Dec 15 or January 1 (no pets). What's the market like right now in New West? I've been doing a bit of hunting and I'm having trouble finding something in my price range. Any advice? Locations to avoid? So far, I've been using craigslist and padmapper. Any help now would be great. Thank you.

People who live in condos i need some help! Anyone know of a good truthful (that maybe an oxymoron) condo mgmt group? Mine is probably the worst in the city, who continue to lie, screw over and talk down to the owners of the condos in the building they manage.
