Company Description
The program is individualized for each student and focuses on completion of core academic subjects, as well as
Personal Planning 10, Portfolio 12, Work Experience and Independent Studies. There are elective subjects available to students which include Foods, Art, and Physical Education.
Students will have opportunities to take Work Safe, Food Safe, and First Aid. They have access to computers and must follow the district guidelines for their use.
Students must sign a contract to
reflect the agreed upon expectations for achieving their individual goals.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERA
Students of Aboriginal ancestry in grades 10, 11 or 12 and be :
Referred by mainstream schools or alternate programs within SD#71,
or
New to the district
