As a proud member of the Victoria Home Builders Association and Home Warranty Program, Scansa Construction Ltd. brings over 25 years of residential building experience to its housing division. 


Scansa provides turn key design build and construction management services which are custom tailored to suite all client needs.  Even in today?s construction market, Scansa has a team of qualified subcontractors which enables us to complete projects in a timely fashion to very high building standards, ensuring quality is not compromised.

One of our residential projects was as the General Contractor for a 23 lot subdivision of affordable family homes (Leeward Cove) located in Sooke BC.


Some of our past clients range from the Kettle Creek Housing Development in Langford BC to Executive Style Homes on Bear Mountain.  We are also very proud to have worked with the BC Cancer Foundation Lifestyles Lottery three years in a row.
