I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, with over 18 years of experience helping people to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I focus on helping people who have symptoms of anxiety and depression, brought on by sudden life changes, long-term stress, or challenges with health, work or family. There are a wealth of strategies and tools that can reduce or resolve these symptoms.

I take a whole body approach to healing, and clients leave my office with new ideas and energy.
