Its all about the location when it comes to Tofino, and this cabin places you right on the waters edge, with breathtaking views out to the peaceful ocean waters of the Tofino Inlet and the surrounding mountains. A stones throw away from the crashing waves on Chestermans beach, and a hop skip and cruise to Beaches grocery store and the local hangouts like Tofitian for the best coffee, Tacofino and Wildside grill for Gumbo!

This idyllic rustic cedarwood cabin is nestled in an acre of forest at the edge of the Tofino ocean inlet waters. The cabin is fully self contained with small kitchenette and cooking appliances (double ring hotplate, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, mini oven/broiler/grill), there is also a BBQ available to use. If available the owners welcome guests to spend an evening cooking together in main house, sharing recipes and enjoying an evening of good food together! The cabin also has a 3 piece bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), a comfy double bed (cabin can also be set for twin beds, or a double bed plus one single bed to accommodate 3 people). The cabin has a sitting area with chairs and cushions, a private deck and patio doors that look directly onto the vast amounts of birds resting on the waters. Eagles cruise by, and sometimes wolves and bears too. Stunning range of snowcapped mountains can be seen in the distance from the deck across the many islands of Clayoquot sounds, it is simply breathtaking. Please feel free to use Bert's Binoculars in the cabin and see what you can spot! After a day of surfing or hiking sink into the hot tub and sauna house both on the sun deck looking at the ocean tides. The cabin is also heated, and has extra blankets, beach chairs, and beach sarongs for you to use. Chestermans beach is absolutely perfect for surfing, walking, beach dogs, sunsets and beach fires. The beach runs adjacent to the property, less than a minute away in a car, a 3 minute bikeride, or a 9 minute walk.

There is a separate holistic health studio on site to be opened next year offering yoga, nutrition and massage. But for now please inquire with the owners for these services and they will be done in a private therapy room, or on the deck weather permitting. We also offer surf boards & wetsuits, rental bikes, stand up paddle boards & lessons which can be done right off the end of our private jetty! We can also help with kayaks, fishing and outdoor tours can also be arranged with the owners. Take advantage of our private jetty with direct access to the water for all kinds of water activities, or ask the owners about the mud flat challenge!

If you want to bring your dog, please enquire in your email and note that only well trained pooches are welcome, and all pooches must observe pooch etiquette on site, meaning all poop is picked up, no pooches on furniture, and most definitely no wet muddy sandy dogs inside. There is also a small additional cleaning fee of $25.

Tofino town is just a 5 minute drive away, with tons more restaurants, crafts, art, surf shops, good food and plenty of locals to enjoy stories with.

Cox Bay is 5 minutes away, and Long Beach 10 minutes away. Both great surf beaches, and great walks. So much hiking in the area including Lone Cone, Radar Hill and lots of forest whispering trails to explore and breath within.

Discover Tofino hot springs, and whale watching tours. Or simply relax at the cabin, kick back and watch the neverending stream of nature passing by.
