Sooke Yoga & Wellness (formerly Ahimsa Yoga Sooke) is a multidisciplinary yoga and wellness centre offering classes, workshops, one-on-one sessions and holistic healing for all ages and levels of fitness. It is operated by the Sooke Therapeutic Yoga Society, which was founded in 2014 by kundalini yoga teacher and trainer Alanda Caver.
